These terms cover how you use Liquid State — the website, the data tools, memberships, and the community. We have kept them plain, but they are the agreement between you and us, so please read them.
Liquid State ("Liquid State", "we", "us") is a crypto market-intelligence publisher operating the website at liquidstate.tech and its related tools, feeds, and communities (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract, and you must not be barred from using the Service under any law that applies to you. Crypto products and content are restricted in some jurisdictions; whether the Service is lawful where you are is your responsibility.
Some features require an account. Free accounts sign in with Google, and we use Supabase to manage authentication and store your account record. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that happens under your account.
Keep your account details accurate, and tell us promptly if you believe your account has been used without your permission.
Paid memberships and one-time guide purchases are processed by Stripe, our payment processor. Stripe handles your card details directly — we do not store your full card number.
Memberships are billed on a recurring month-to-month basis and renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from your billing portal; cancellation stops future renewals, and your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for. There are no long-term contracts or lock-ins.
Guides are one-time purchases, sold separately and not bundled into any membership. Prices, tiers, and what each tier includes may change over time; any change applies to future billing periods, not the one you are already in.
Because access is delivered immediately and digitally, memberships and guide purchases are generally non-refundable except where required by law or where we agree otherwise at our discretion. If something has genuinely gone wrong with your purchase, contact support@liquidstate.tech and we will make it right.
When you use the Service, you agree not to:
The Service and its content — text, data visualizations, guides, indicators, code, and branding — are owned by Liquid State or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the content for your own purposes while your access is active. Market data on the Service may also be subject to the terms of its original providers.
Our Discord, Telegram, and other community surfaces have their own rules in addition to these Terms. We may remove content or restrict members who break those rules or these Terms.
The Service relies on third parties — including Stripe (payments), Supabase (authentication and database), Resend (email), our hosting provider, and our market-data sources. Their availability, performance, and terms are outside our control, and we are not responsible for them.
Everything on the Service is information and education only — never financial, investment, legal, or tax advice, and never a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold anything. Please read our Disclaimer in full; it is part of these Terms.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Liquid State and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any trading or investment losses, arising out of or relating to your use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
We may update the Service and these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes we update the "last updated" date above and, where appropriate, give clearer notice. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
We may suspend or end access for a breach of these Terms, and you can stop using the Service at any time.
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable where Liquid State operates. Nothing here removes rights you may have under the mandatory consumer-protection laws of the place you live.
