Instead of plotting volume over time, a volume profile plots how much volume traded at each price. The fattest bars — high-volume nodes — are prices the market has agreed on and revisits often. The single heaviest level is the "point of control."
Funding is the periodic payment between perpetual-futures traders. Positive funding means longs are paying shorts; negative means shorts are paying longs. It's a direct readout of which side is paying to hold its position.
Open interest is the total number of outstanding derivative contracts. Read alongside price it describes participation: rising OI with rising price means new positions are opening; falling OI means positions are closing.
It's the price at which a given market structure — a sequence of higher lows, say — would break. It's a factual line derived from prior swing points, not a prediction or a recommendation. What you do with it is up to you.
Every trade has an aggressor: a market buyer lifting the offer or a market seller hitting the bid. Volume delta is buy size minus sell size; cumulative volume delta (CVD) is that running total. It describes which side has been more aggressive — read alongside price, not as a signal on its own.
